Chris Nicolis has over 20 yearsâ€™ experience working on serious personal injury cases. His cases have included motor vehicle accidents (including bodily injury and accident benefits claims), disability benefits claims, slips and falls, Occupiersâ€™ Liability claims, WSIB and Canada Pension Plan disability claims.
Chris appears in many proceedings before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Appeal, Financial Services Commission of Ontario, WSIB Appeals Branch, Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, Canada Pension Plan Appeals Review Tribunal and the Pension Appeals Board.
Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Laws in 1992 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1994. Â Prior to attending Osgoode Hall Law School, Chris received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at York University.
Chris Nicolis is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Middlesex Law Association, and the Ontario Trial Lawyersâ€™ Association.
