Daniel is an Associate Lawyer with unique experience on the Harrison Pensa Personal Injury team. His current practice focuses on areas of plaintiffâ€™s personal injury, medical malpractice and litigation and dispute resolution.
Daniel has appeared as junior counsel before the Federal Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal, and has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in a complex medical malpractice case. Today, Daniel uses his trial knowledge and varied litigation experience to achieve results for his clients in a reasonable and efficient manner.
Daniel grew up in London, Ontario before obtaining an undergraduate biology degree with honours from Queenâ€™s University in Kingston, Ontario. Daniel decided to return home to London to complete a Master of Microbiology & Immunology degree from Western University before making the decision to pursue his Law Degree from Western Law. At Western, Daniel graduated among the top of his class, was a member of the Deanâ€™s Honour List and received a number of scholarships and awards, including the Dean Ivan C. Rand Award, the J.S.D Tory Writing Prize and the Law Society of Upper Canada Prize.
Following his undergraduate studies, Daniel articled at an elite litigation firm in Toronto and worked at a patent litigation boutique in Ottawa before returning to London to pursue personal injury law. Outside of his professional career, Daniel is a proud husband and father. Daniel understands the importance of family and has experience in highly technical litigation matters, and applies both of these things when working with his clients and advocating for their rights.
