Johanna is an experienced personal injury lawyer specializing in cases of physical and psychological harm through motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, occupiersâ€™ liability, and other forms of negligence. In addition, she also helps clients whose insurers have failed to provide the coverage they are entitled to.
Johanna treats every client with compassion and dedicates herself to ensuring adequate treatment and care is obtained as well as fair compensation for pain and loss. Johanna launches legal actions to obtain settlements and proceeds to trial as necessary. She also works closely with rehabilitation experts to ensure the best care and treatment for her clients.
Johanna was born, raised and educated in London. A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Johanna began her career as a lawyer with one of Harrison Pensaâ€™s predecessor firms in 1989, and has been a partner with Harrison Pensa since 1996.
Johanna is an active volunteer in the London community, serving as a fundraiser for the United Way, the Brain Injury Association, the Canadian Paraplegic Association, and other organizations that help the less fortunate. She is also an avid tennis player who has competed in many tennis tournaments throughout Ontario as well as at the national level in 2004.
