Donna Tarr, Law Clerk
Donna manages personal injury cases from open to closed. With 32 years of experience, she brings a treasure of knowledge, efficiency, and professionalism to every work with every client.
Donna works primarily within the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule and coordinates between the injured party and their insurer. Donna compassionately ensures the daily support of injured clients through reviewing and providing legal summaries on case law, pre-trial memos, and mediation briefs.
Donna’s work behind the scenes in invaluable as she handles incoming calls, meets with plaintiffs, and attends proceedings including examinations for discovery, private mediations, and trial. Donna is a veteran and key player in our litigation practice group.
Donna is active in serving her community through her many community initiatives including with the Brain Injury Association and the Ontario Trial Lawyer’s Association.

Maria Mackintosh, Law Clerk
Maria, a senior law clerk at the Personal Injury Law Practice Group at Harrison Pensa, treats clients who have sustained serious physical or psychological injuries with the utmost care and compassion. With nearly 30 years of experience and expertise in automobile benefits legislation, Maria acts as an indispensable liaison between the client and their doctors and insurance company.
In addition to being a cherished member of the Harrison Pensa team, Maria is also a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association- Law Clerks Section, for whom she has written a number of papers and given several speeches.

Maria is a proud member of the Harrison Pensa Health & Wellness Committee. As an an avid hockey fan, she enjoys dedicating some of her free time to volunteering in Minor Hockey.
