Jory Garibaldi


Jory understands the physical, emotional and financial challenges that her clients and their loved ones experience as a result of car crashes, medical malpractice, and being denied by insurance companies. She can appreciate the toll and frustrations that can follow the loss of personal independence and dignity.

As an Associate Lawyer In our Plaintiff Personal Injury Practice Group, Jory guides her clients through the complex legal process of personal injury law. She helps them move towards rebuilding their lives through rehabilitation, recovery with a fair and just resolution.

Jory is a graduate of the Dual JD Program at Windsor Law and Detroit Mercy Law where she obtained a JD Degree from both law schools, graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a Dean’s Scholar. Her academic achievements at Detroit Mercy Law earned her the distinction of being inducted into the Frank Murphy Honor Society.

During law school, Jory interned at the Detroit State Defender’s Office and acted as an intake worker in the Essex County Youth Diversion Program. While completing an undergraduate degree in English Literature and Global Studies, Jory received an Aramark Academic-Athletic Scholarship and was captain of the Wilfrid Laurier women’s lacrosse team. Her love of lacrosse continued when she spent the year after graduation working as the head coach of the Laurier women’s lacrosse team and even today, Jory continues to coach youth hockey and lacrosse teams.

Jory is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Advocate’s Society, the Middlesex Law Association, and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
